Returning Home

Good Morning,

I have been away for a while and even longer from wordpress, but I have not forgotten my initial goal of posting weekly to my wordpress community. However, sometimes if there is anything relevant to share its probably better I don’t through something together and call it a post. So there is a conflict between my initial goal and my personal ethics about posting.

So just to give you a brief synopsis of whats happening I have been writing a book on transformation, which has taken up most of my posting time. Secondly there is an art exhibit coming up that I really want to submit my work to so like any good exhibit there are specific requirements such as name of work and description. Normally these are easy however creating abstract art makes this process a little slower to pull together.

On a side note meditation and staying connected with my spiritual father has been a tremendous help in finding the mental and emotional space necessary to pull this all together. So I leave you with this, be blessed and be grateful for you day as it is yours to cherish.

Travel Updates

It’s been a while since my last post and so much has happened over the duration it’s hard to pick a starting point so I will just jump right in with the differences I’ve been seeing, feeling and experiencing while doing shamanic work.

Most importantly for me has been trusting the process and self belief. To help me get in the right mind I perform daily meditation and make prayers for all people and life on Earth. I ask my father to guide me in living a positive life, and then I listen.

The relationships in my life have greatly improved as there is far deeper connections being understood for the first time and that insight has created better awareness. There has also been a repeating answer to this work and that is the power of choice. I love the fact that we are so greatly supported from beyond, but they allow us to choose our own path. Before I believed there was a difference of a righteous and a wrong path but now I’ve come to accept that there is no such thing as a wrong path only a deeper understanding needs to occur for one to move past (or to gain greater future discernment) in their life.

One of the hardest things I’ve dealt with is seeing people having so much work ahead of them for their enlightenment but continue to take on additional problems. I.e. Alcoholism, drugs, gambling, shopping, sex, or any other type of escaping mechanisms. These all take us further away from our desired end goals but only because it’s easier to give into the weakness than to say enough is enough.

The last thing I’ve come to understanding with is that there is a great planner at work in all of our lives and if you trust in that you will begin to see things arranging themselves in your life like never before. I met a well known spiritual healer and was given very clear instructions to wait for specific points of the conversation to then begin opening up to him about myself. The healer was very close, but at the last moment became shy and did not communicate the necessary words. So I left without explaining why and who I am to the healer. However, that night a deeper awareness and cleansing came over me and was told to return the following day to see the spiritual healer. The next days conversations were amazing and gave me such great insight into my own life and resignated with my soul that all had been worked out for this event to take place.

The greatest advice I can give you is to trust your intuition and look inward for the support you need as we are all blessed by the great beyond. We are all given the freedom of choice so let’s make the most of it and live our lives to the best, a life we can be proud to leave behind someday.

Self healing through the senses

Some easy early morning medicine that we can all do to help self restore our energy and ground us. Using the senses Sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell and feeling can all take us to a place to allow restorative energies to move in us.

When we stop and go inward focusing on these senses we are able to go to a specific moment in time and relive that event. Remembering these past events through the senses takes us out of our conscious thinking and allows us to tap into our subconscious where grounding occurs.

At first instead of trying to use all your senses focus on one specific one that feels stronger to you. For me my visual sense is much higher than hearing so I normally first focus there and once I begin to restore the beautiful image of my past I then slowly introduce the other senses to join.

Sight: a beautiful forest you once camped in / Or a sunset you watched at the beach

Hearing: the singing of a bird a / or the sound of a river

Smell: fragrance you enjoyed wearing growing up/ or fresh baked goods coming out of the oven

Taste: the sweetness of your favorite fruit/ or the sweet taste of the airs after the summer rain

Touch: the feeling of your favorite blanket/ or the warmth of another human

Feeling: The moment you shared something beautiful with someone/ or feeling loved.

(To get an even stronger grounding follow up each senses thought with how does that make me feel?)

Through practice your senses will grow and become faster for you to clearly revisit happy past experiences, these moments of joy you experience will help restore your energy, vitality and focusing. And all the while support you in grounding allowing you to reduce stress and anxiety.

Sitting Bull speaks

It has been hard to keep up with all the guidance and inspirational insights I have received over the past month, but I will do my best to try and repost my meditation sessions with you so that these wonderful lessons are able to reach a larger audience and I hope that will inspire and support the love of all.

Some events messages I intentionally withhold in order to protect and respect those who I am working with. So I apologize if sometimes the messages are hard to follow or unclear, but I recommend after you read these messages you ask your own guides for clarity of these meanings as they are meant for your life.

May 27th, 2017

Today I sought council with Sitting Bull and performed the required spiritual offering for allowing me to ask for his guidance.

Sitting Bull sits strong, his presence is warm and powerful. His hair is parted in the center and has two long pony tails tied with a ribbon on each tail. He waves me into sit with him and began telling me about his people.

Sitting Bull explained that the mountains are very sacred to his people and that man is born of the mountains and that one most learn to live upon the mountain as though they belong to the mountain. This way we would learn to live in harmony with our surroundings and with one another as we are dependent to one another as brothers in nature.

I asked Sitting Bull how he was able to stand so strong for his people during so much hardships and violence. “You need to trust your heart, people will try to convince you to follow their ways. Even those who are closest to you will try and persuade you for what they believe is better for you, but only you know your heart and you must trust in that above all else.”

  • This is a message that I am sure really means a lot too many, but it was extremely important to me as I recently was struggling with my relationships with friends who often have good intentions, however their messages just don’t align with the direction of my life. It is good to have relationships, but often because we believe friends want what is best for us we change our direction and walk away from our calling. Thats why it is important to listen to your hearts messages and follow what feels right to you soul.

Finally before leaving I asked Sitting Bull to pray over the beads used in the sale of Manhattan. We cleansed these beads and thanked them for their creation and apologized for not treating them with more respect for their existence. This may seem strange however I understood clearly that this event was one of the first misunderstanding between two different peoples and much of that misunderstanding and hardness continues to exist today and by clearing the beads was in away of releasing the heavy energies that persist from this world.

My journey ends.

May 3rd, 2017

Todays post is about a recent journey I took to help someone struggling with their health. I hope to expand about the healing powers of spiritual guides and how that all people have a hidden ability within them to help others.

I will not be giving specific information about certain practices only because some of the techniques shown to me could be used for unhealthy activities, and it is important that anyone who takes up the work of a healer, reiki, medicine man or anything of that likes understand that the healing comes from love and positive energy. If the healing is done through force or over powering this is not of light work and will have negative impacts into ones life.

With that being said, I started my day with meditation in which I traveled to speak with my spiritual guide and asked if I could perform the healing needed. My spiritual guide said that when the time came they would let me know and to have certain things prepared before journeying to do the healing. Later that evening I was returning from the kitchen when I received the message that time had come for me to journey. So I quickly went to my space where everything was prepared to do the journey. I entered the middle world and traveled to speak with my spiritual guardian and asked for his instructions and guidance on my journey. I was gifted with a powerful feather, which its use would be later known to me when the time came. The final word of advice I was told was that when I faced the sickness effecting the person I wished to heal that I should not look it in the eyes.

I quickly returned to my tree and gathered my spiritual guardians there with me as we began to journey down into the lower world. Once there I began to call out the name of the person who was effected by sickness. After calling the name several times a form presented itself and was very noncompliant and angry that I was there to heal the person. I did not look into its face as instructed but I did see that the feet where hairy and gnarly. I insisted that it was time for it to stop its disturbance of the person and time to leave. Of course the form was not willing to leave and that is when I understood the need of the feather I had been given it was to be used to cut the tie that bonded it to the person. I began praying and moving the feather over the form and the form began to shrink and harden into a black matte pebble. I took that pebble and returned to my spiritual guardian and from there I burned the pebble in a fire to remove the sickness that had taken place.

Shortly after that I felt the presence of the sickness had tried to attach itself to myself and infect my eyes. I believe if I had looked into its eyes that it is possible that I may not be able to completely remove the sickness from myself, but since I did not do that I was able to remove the sickness with the help of my guardian. I pulled a thin black thread from my left eye until it was completely removed. I thanked my spiritual guardians for allowing me to travel and for their strength in my journey.

I visited the person I traveled for and made a prayer for their quick recovery and place a healing light energy all around them to raise their health and energy. The use of the feather once again was needed to place light energy around the person to accomplish the goal.

Before returning to this world I asked what should the person I was sent to help do to ensure that they keep the sickness out. Should they eat or drink something specifically, which is normally the case, however this time I was told they should just write down they are cured and that they are so happy to have the return of their health. I felt it was important to share this story with you because self healing is one of the key things that I believe that we can all do and that we all should do.

So how do we perform self healing? Most importantly give yourself love, your body needs to know that it is loved and thanked by you. In doing so you will raise your spiritual energy, secondly try to be more aware of what you body is asking of you, perhaps you get a sudden desire to drink more water, or eat a specific food your body is letting you know that they need these things to restore themselves.

I wish you health and peace into your life

Heavy Handed

The importance of self mastery became more evident in my life the other day, and while I am not proud of the way I reacted to the situation I am grateful for the lesson that was demonstrated.

I had been working extremely hard on a project and at every turn it was just not coming together. Slowly the anger began to show and at every turn the project was spinning faster and faster out of control. Even people who I don’t associate with began adding to the fire with their false concerns. Continuing to suppress my anger only manifested it faster. Then boom, I caught myself acting in a manner that is not fitting for my life. So I left the problem and cooled off by just taking a moment in the restroom.

After returning from my recovery I vowed that I would never allow myself to get to that point again. The rage, and anger are something that no longer serves me and since restoring my inner self to its higher self. I have found a beautiful transition occurring in my life.

The obvious gifts this experience has granted me is a better understanding of how when we give into hate our lives get out of balance and this imbalance creates only more anger, destruction and darkness. What I didn’t see right away however is the internal shift that occurred.

There is peace in my soul and a calmness unlike ever before. My hopes for you and all is that when you start to get to a point where anger manifest itself into your life Do not give into it and if you do take a moment to get away so you can re-center yourself. I wish you peace and health,

How it began

One year ago my wife was struggling in her life, so when speaking with a close friend the topic came up. Her friend recommended going to a reiki session as it had helped in her own difficult past traumas. At this point my wife was skeptical about reiki and delayed her visit. Finally when she got the nerve to call and schedule an appointment the only day available was on her birthday. So my wife took this a sign and decided that perhaps there was something to it all.

After her first session, my wife and I met up for dinner. At which time I wasn’t sure if the reiki session was good for her or not. I did see a change in her though and she seemed more aware of past issues that had been bothering her. She recommended that I might want to also get help for myself to better help dealing with my childhood issues. Of course I was happy for her but that wasn’t for me.

Time passed and as she continued to do her sessions she finally came to a point when her reiki session would now take her on a journey to recover her soul pieces. This idea was something that I definitely could not get my head around. The reiki practitioner gave her a book that would explain more about the journey process and what to expect.

Out of curiosity I decided that I would read this book and try to navigate my wife safely away from this “new age thinking.” And as I read the book there was several points talking about spirits holding onto soul pieces and how they were not freindly. This idea was very disturbing and bothered me deeply. As a Christian this seemed very bizarre to me and unholy. But as I finished the reading I got to a place were I felt neutral about what my wife was about to experience.

I felt uncomfortable with the idea of spirits holding onto our pieces, but at the same time the idea that my wife might be able to overcome her pain was something that would be a real blessing. The night after her session was strange as she told me about her journing. She explained how, who, why and what had happened to her in a past life that had still been effecting her current life. I was very skeptical, but my wife insisted and some things just rang true rather or not I believed I could not completely deny that something had happened to her.

Once again she felt a difference in herself and recommended it to me. But of course still feeling complicated about my relationship in my religion, family and personal belief system I was not ready to explore reiki. While I did not want to do reiki I could not escape what was happening around me. My home environment was getting “lighter”, issues with money were being resolved and my relationships were shifting into positive directions.

My morning routines had changed they started with Love and uplifting songs. My train commute was now done through enjoying positive books and readings. And I began meditation more frequently. Without knowing it people began to move into my life that would Help give me the courage to shift my thinking a step further.

While having coffee with my wife a man came by who I couldn’t help but want to connect with. He was reading a history book on Native Americans, which has always been a great passion of mine. Before I knew it the three of us were having coffee together. “Well actually coffee and hot chocolate!” As we continued to talk I found out that he was studying Native American anthropology because he had once practiced shamanism/ reiki. He no longer worked with people, however he does continue to do self healing and care.

From our short conversation we became close friends and his experiences and thoughts really helped me to re-evaluate my understanding of reiki. I realize I know nothing of it and in fact what I believe was new age was actually the oldest spiritually practiced methods known to man means have a long and exciting journey ahead.

Focusing inward on myself has allowed me to heal faster than I ever imagined and although life can still be chaotic there is so much more peace and happiness in my daily living.

Medicine men, shamans, or whatever you recognize these people as they have one goal and that is the betterment of all people, and this call to action is why I feel led to bring this awareness to people around the world and hopefully one day be able to share my ancestors love for this world and once more help restore balance and joy.
