Self healing through the senses


Some easy early morning medicine that we can all do to help self restore our energy and ground us. Using the senses Sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell and feeling can all take us to a place to allow restorative energies to move in us.

When we stop and go inward focusing on these senses we are able to go to a specific moment in time and relive that event. Remembering these past events through the senses takes us out of our conscious thinking and allows us to tap into our subconscious where grounding occurs. 

At first instead of trying to use all your senses focus on one specific one that feels stronger to you. For me my visual sense is much higher than hearing so I normally first focus there and once I begin to restore the beautiful image of my past I then slowly introduce the other senses to join.

Ex.

Sight: a beautiful forest you once camped in / Or a sunset you watched at the beach

Hearing: the singing of a bird a / or the sound of a river

Smell: fragrance you enjoyed wearing growing up/ or fresh baked goods coming out of the oven

Taste: the sweetness of your favorite fruit/ or the sweet taste of the airs after the summer rain

Touch: the feeling of your favorite blanket/ or the warmth of another human

Feeling: The moment you shared something beautiful with someone/ or feeling loved.

Through practice your senses will grow and become faster for you to clearly revisit happy past experiences, these moments of joy you experience will help restore your energy, vitality and focusing. And all the while support you in grounding allowing you to reduce stress and anxiety.

Flow of the energy circle

Through daily meditations have begun to see why the circle is such an honored symbol of the American Indian people. When looking at the traditions of my ancestral linage it is easy to see how daily practices continue the flow of energy. First example is when enter the forest many traditional Native American Indians would give an offering and make a prayer to the forest and in return would ask for safe passage through the woods. The same goes for hunts and just about all aspects of everyday life. Give thanks – and in return were given something. This would allow my ancestors to continue to move in the flow of energy.

After receiving guidance from my Spiritual Father and other assisting spirits I have begun to further examine this wonderful flow of energy. In healing I often find myself fully engaged in these powerful energy circles. There is a great amount of energy that moves from the “One source”, into me and then flows into the one I am healing and then returned back to the “One source”. As this great sources pours its energy through to us our bodies feel like a reservoir and what is spilled over is then absorbed into the person who is requiring the healing, and continued until their spiritual reservoir is filled with these energies.

As I offer my healing to others I am too in a way healed through the circle flow of energy.   My advice to those who are currently struggling in this life as we all do, since we are a soul living in a human form we often only see things in the material realm and this causes divergence from our soul and this can be the cause of so many problems in our lives. I recommend that you take time to separate from the materialistic world and give the care and love your soul needs first. Eventually once your energy levels are high enough then I would recommend sending and giving prayers to all things as this will allow you to stay in the flow of energy and be replenished daily.

Sometime we want to help others because we feel sorry for them and their problems, but if you, yourself have not restored your energy levels it is very hard to pass on the healing to others as having a low level of energy will stay in harmony with a low level of energy. But by raising your own spiritual energy you will align yourself with a higher flow of energy and be able to support others who have low energy fields.

To summarize todays transmissions from my spiritual Father, Give thanks and in return your spiritual energy with stay in cycle with the positive spiritual flow. Listen to your soul it does speak “intuition” these talks will guide you to a better, healthier plain of existence and finally once your energy is in the flow with the One Source, share it with others as this will raise the healing vibrations of all things in this world and beyond.

Heavy Handed


The importance of self mastery became more evident in my life the other day, and while I am not proud of the way I reacted to the situation I am grateful for the lesson that was demonstrated.

I had been working extremely hard on a project and at every turn it was just not coming together. Slowly the anger began to show and at every turn the project was spinning faster and faster out of control. Even people who I don’t associate with began adding to the fire with their false concerns. Continuing to suppress my anger only manifested it faster. Then boom, I caught myself acting in a manner that is not fitting for my life. So I left the problem and cooled off by just taking a moment in the restroom.

After returning from my recovery I vowed that I would never allow myself to get to that point again. The rage, and anger are something that no longer serves me and since restoring my inner self to its higher self. I have found a beautiful transition occurring in my life.

The obvious gifts this experience has granted me is a better understanding of how when we give into hate our lives get out of balance and this imbalance creates only more anger, destruction and darkness. What I didn’t see right away however is the internal shift that occurred.

There is peace in my soul and a calmness unlike ever before. My hopes for you and all is that when you start to get to a point where anger manifest itself into your life Do not give into it and if you do take a moment to get away so you can re-center yourself. I wish you peace and health,
